A pandemic doesn’t wait for a normal production timeline.

As COVID-19 unfolded, WSPS needed to get accurate, reliable safety and prevention information in front of Ontario employers and workers immediately, with workplace safety and compliance on the line.

There was no room for a standard production timeline. WSPS needed a partner who could move from concept to launch in weeks, not months.

A customized microsite gave Ontario workplaces immediate access to resources, articles, and eCourses on COVID-19 safety practices, alongside two clear, concise videos on safe return-to-work practices and proper mask use.

Concept, script, storyboard, and final execution moved through an extremely tight timeline, without sacrificing clarity or wit.

04 Activation

Critical information, in the hands that needed it most.

The hub launched in under a month; the videos, in under three weeks, giving employers and workers across Ontario immediate access to the safety information they needed during a critical moment for the province.
