We’re looking for a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead the development of innovative campaigns and experiences for our clients. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of high-profile accounts, inspiring cross-functional teams, and delivering world-class work that drives results.

The Creative Director will bring deep expertise in branding, exceptional creative leadership, and a passion for storytelling that challenges conventions and creates lasting impact.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision for all campaigns, ensuring work is bold, impactful, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Drive innovation and push boundaries in branding and marketing, leveraging emerging trends and insights to craft memorable brand experiences.
  • Champion the agency’s creative standards, mentoring and inspiring internal teams to deliver exceptional work consistently.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into compelling creative strategies.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients with confidence and clarity, articulating the value and strategic alignment of the work.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, positioning Gene as their go-to partner for creative excellence.
  • Partner with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of creative work into broader campaigns.
  • Guide the delivery team in bringing concepts to life, ensuring all executions meet or exceed creative and brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality and creativity across all deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, cultural movements, and technological advancements, applying these insights to client work.
  • Advocate for bold, purpose-driven creative work that drives measurable business impact and builds brand equity.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in marketing or branding. Proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio showcasing diverse, impactful, and innovative work.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire, mentor, and lead creative teams to achieve their best work.
  • Confidence in managing senior-level client relationships and presenting ideas that align with their strategic goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
