Description:
We’re a purpose-led, brand-obsessed, and human-centric marketing agency dedicated to making health the dominant force in society. We’re looking for a visionary and collaborative Art Director to develop striking visuals and innovative concepts that bring our campaigns to life. Working as part of a dynamic creative team, the Art Director will partner with a Copywriter to produce integrated advertising campaigns that stand out, connect emotionally, and deliver results.

The Art Director will bring a keen eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to craft visually compelling ideas that challenge conventions and drive impact.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a Copywriter to conceptualize and execute innovative, integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Develop striking visual concepts and designs that align with brand strategies and client objectives.
  • Design and oversee a range of creative deliverables, including digital, print, video, social, and experiential campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure visual elements are cohesive and align with overall campaign goals.
  • Present concepts and visuals to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind creative choices.
  • Guide and oversee the production process to ensure all executions meet the highest quality standards.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and cultural movements to inform and elevate your work.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including campaigns with innovative ideas and striking design.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with an ability to translate big ideas into visually compelling executions.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Copywriters and other creatives.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related field.
