We are seeking a creative and experienced Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist account managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate client feedback and project updates to internal teams, facilitating effective collaboration and execution.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support client campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project details, and billing information.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, pitches, and strategic plans for new and existing clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to account management, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and processing invoices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to support client success.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency, internship experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and client service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
