We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. This role is critical in keeping projects on track, coordinating communication between internal teams and clients, and delivering exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty.
The Account Coordinator will bring strong organizational skills, a passion for collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in every task they undertake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support account managers in day-to-day client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals, maintaining accountability across teams.
- Prepare and distribute client meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups to ensure alignment on key priorities.
- Assist in the development of project briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential issues, working proactively to resolve them with internal teams.
- Compile and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports and insights for client presentations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines before submission to clients.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client market developments to provide value-added support.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
