We’re looking for a sharp and insightful Brand Strategist to shape the strategic foundation for bold, impactful campaigns. This role is pivotal in uncovering key insights, defining brand positioning, and building strategies that connect with audiences on a deeper level.
The Brand Strategist will bring a keen understanding of branding, strong analytical skills, and a passion for crafting narratives that inspire action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and compelling brand strategies that align with client objectives and reflect their unique value propositions.
- Conduct research and analysis, including competitive audits, audience segmentation, and market trends, to inform strategic recommendations.
- Create brand frameworks, including positioning statements, messaging architectures, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategies into innovative, on-brand campaigns and activations.
- Work closely with account teams to ensure alignment between strategic direction and client goals.
- Present strategies and recommendations to clients with confidence, articulating the rationale behind each approach.
- Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, cultural movements, and technological advancements to inform strategic thinking.
- Act as a thought partner for clients and internal teams, providing insights and direction to solve complex brand challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and strategic frameworks that drive creative development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging with senior-level clients.
- Ability to think both creatively and critically, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Experience working on diverse industries and brands; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
