We’re looking for a talented and versatile Designer to bring ideas to life through impactful visuals and engaging creative solutions. This role is pivotal in executing high-quality design work across a variety of projects, collaborating with teams to deliver campaigns that inspire and resonate.
The Designer will bring strong technical skills, creative passion, and an ability to translate complex ideas into beautiful, thoughtful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials that align with client objectives and agency standards.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Translate client briefs and project requirements into high-quality visual assets that tell a cohesive story.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, are visually consistent, and deliver on creative objectives.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate ideas and gather feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creative output.
- Support the team in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- Adapt designs based on client and team feedback, ensuring the final output meets expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across branding, digital, and print mediums.
- Proficiency in design software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, delivering designs that are both innovative and aligned with project goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
