# Introducing, the Generative Agency

Here at Gene Worldwide, we’re obsessed with **delivering value for our clients**. We do this by becoming an extension of their marketing team, diving deep into their brand story, and crafting strategic narratives that resonate with their audience. But the marketing landscape is evolving rapidly, and we’re constantly on the lookout for ways to **push the boundaries** and **deliver even more**.

One area we’ve been working hard on is an AI strategy that really supports our clients through this rapid and radical change we’re experiencing. After careful (human) analysis we found two areas that were ripe with opportunity:

- Many brands and agencies don’t have AI policies or strategies for their marketing and, as a result, their data and IP is being fed into public AI. The harsh truth is that by doing this, they’re **giving away their competitive edge**. Their knowledge will become accessible to anyone – including their direct competitors.
- The traditional agency-client relationship, while effective, has often been marred by inefficiencies – fragmented communication, siloed knowledge, and a lack of continuity in projects. This has long been a fear clients live with everyday.

We think AI is well positioned to help solve these big problems and that’s why we’re excited to announce **Gene Worldwide’s generative agency model**.
