When you submit information to Gene Worldwide via our contact forms, diagnostic intake, or email:

  • You warrant that all information you submit is accurate, current, and authorized by your organization;
  • You agree that submitting an inquiry, RFP brief, or diagnostic request does not, by itself, create a client-agency retainer or attorney-client relationship until a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) is executed by authorized signatories;
  • Confidentiality Boundaries: While we treat client inquiries with professional discretion, please do not submit unredacted Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, or proprietary trade secrets through public website web forms.
